Der "STORYTELLER"
A project close to the heart with LA RED
During my time as art director at LA RED, I often scribbled my little ideas on Post Its and stuck them to a monitor. The fact that one day Matthias Maurer, the managing director of LA RED, was working on my computer on one of my days off and saw and celebrated exactly this post-it gave us this project.

A small plate illustrated with arms, feet and face says "Hello. I'm a storyteller". That's how it all started.

And it took its course. I was allowed to create a plate that reflects exactly this for a very special gift from all the employees. A plate with a very special story on it.
From scribble to idea
It all started with a scribble I had on my computer.
My boss liked the sketch and the idea so much that we created something real from it – the LA RED STORYTELLER
The name said it all
In German, "Teller" is also "plate." This led to a pun, as "Storyteller" is a term from our industry. Furthermore, it also suggests that a short story is being told.
We simply combined all these meanings and created our STORYTELLER.
A well-rounded thing
We chose one of the coolest short stories from the film industry: the conversation about the Double Whopper from Pulp Fiction.
So we even managed to put the right food on our plates, thematically speaking.
