Coloured Pussies
I'm a woman, and I'm a feminist about it. That's not a side note in my work - it's something I keep coming back to.
When digital art had its big moment, I wanted in. I never took the step of selling the work, but I had an idea I liked far too much to leave unmade: vulvas, illustrated in loud, unapologetic colour. Not clinical, not coy. Graphic, bright, and impossible to scroll past.
The series ended up exploring colour more than form, and I still think the idea is strong - so it stays in my portfolio. Partly because I like the work. Partly because I'm perfectly happy to make someone uncomfortable. That's rather the point.

One shape, cycling through the palette. That's the whole series in a single loop: nothing about the form changes, and yet every frame reads differently.
Which is more or less the argument. There isn't one version of this - no default, no correct one, nothing to compare yourself against. There are as many as there are women, and every single one of them belongs on a bright background at full saturation.
